You represent that you are at least 18 years old, the information you provide is accurate, and you have the authority to inquire about the property and mortgage referenced.
4. Communication Consent
By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by EquityEase and our partner mortgage professionals via phone, email, and SMS at the contact information you provided.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Submitting information through EquityEase does not guarantee loan approval, specific interest rates, or any particular outcome. All lending decisions are made by independent mortgage professionals.
6. Limitation of Liability
EquityEase is not liable for any decisions made by you or mortgage professionals based on information exchanged through our platform. All transactions and lending decisions are between you and the participating lender.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
